Product Description

Introduction

This equipment is a hot filling machine integrating cleaning, filling and capping functions. It adopts advanced Japanese and German technology and is suitable for hot filling milk and tea beverages, and can also be used for the production of non-carbon dioxide beverages such as mineral spring purified water after replacing some parts. Equipment with anti-corrosion function, and use anti-corrosion materials. Specially designed piping takes into account the connection location and angle bends to prevent dead ends. The production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be easily adjusted. The equipment can meet the hot filling standard above 85℃, and the pipes and pumps have no corners.

1. High-quality Construction: The spare parts of the machine, except for the down framework and transmission parts, are made of stainless steel 304, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion.

2. Adjustable for Different Bottle Heights: The height of the rotary parts can be adjusted to accommodate bottles of varying sizes, allowing for flexibility in production.

3. Efficient and Clean Filling: The spring-type filling head ensures smooth operation without dead angles, preventing dripping and ensuring precise filling. This design also facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance of the machine. 4. Dual-Purpose Design: The screwing capping head is designed to accommodate both flat caps and sport caps, providing versatility in cap sealing options. 5. Cap Detection: Photoelectric switches are installed on the cap-falling guide to detect the presence of caps. The machine will automatically stop if no cap is detected on the guide, preventing operation without caps. 6. Product Rinsing: Aseptic nozzles are positioned between the transition poking wheel and filling parts, allowing for rinsing of the product residues in the bottleneck screw parts, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene. 7. Cap-Lock Cylinder: A cap-lock cylinder is located at the joint between the cap-falling guide and poking cap plate. This mechanism ensures that caps are only fed when needed, improving efficiency and preventing misalignment.
