Introduction
The high-quality stainless machine is made and designed through introduce of technology from Germany KRONES Co., which has stained to the national top. It is mainly used for filling carbonated beverage with the method of holding the bottoms of the bottles. Adopting PLC control, automatic liquid level inspecting and hygienic structure, which is convenient to be operated and maintained.
The machine obtains advantages of high reliability, high efficiency, high grade of automation and easy operation, etc.
Carbonated pulp filling equipment adopts bottle neck hoiding transmission technology to realize fully automatic rinsing, pulp filling, carbonated filling and cap screwing.It employs single cavity plunger type. It is equiped with CO2 accuracy pressure control, so that the liquid level is always stable. The application of alarm devices for bottle jam, bottle shortage, bottle damage, cap shortage, over loading etc. in several places ensure the quality of its production.
Features
Easy adjustment: An automatic height adjust device is available which offers you very easy operation only by pressing a button. For filling different size of bottles, relative parts can be easily and quickly changed without tools.
High efficiency and low beverage loss: Owing to the special constructions features the machinery can run at high speed with low rate of glass broken. In the event of bottle breakage a burst flushing system can remove any fragments from the bottle platform, filling valve and centering bell assembly, filling valve automatically be closed in very short time avoiding beverage and gas loss.
Sanitation: All parts which contact with beverage are made with high quality polished stainless steel. The CIP system offers automatically cleaning and sterilization of the filler. Using PLC control the machine monitors, the filling liquid level automatically. Made up of high quality stainless steel, it is sanitation. Operation and maintenance is convenient.
RINSING SECTION
Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process. The empty bottles can be turned over 180° along the conveying rail. There are two times of internal and external washing, the efficiency of bottle washing is high.
Rinsing machine adopts original overturn and double-opened bottle clip. Bottle clip lock the bottleneck, the material of bottle clip is SUS304, which is hygienic and durable.
Bottle clip equipped with efficient spray on nozzle. The extrusive droplet with 15° angle ensures to wash all side of the bottle, and can save the water.
FILLING SECTION
The design of filling structure is reasonable and hygiene dead angle, the run of equipment is stable, it can control the material from the bottleneck, the control accuracy is within ±2mm.
The filling valve material is SUS304
The filling system has liquid level automatic control.
Filling valve lift is controlled by the valve elevator, after filling valve contact the bottleneck ,it start to fill.
Bottle is conveying by the wheel in the filling part.
The juice or other hot beverage can be backflow by return tank to control filling temperature.
CAPPING SECTION
Screw capping machine is most precision part in the 3-1 machine, it has a big influence to the goods stability and defective rate. Our screw capping has following feature.
