Pet bottle oil filling and capping 2 in 1 monoblock, piston volumetric filling,rotary type
This oil filling machie has 18 filling heads and 6 capping heads, is suitable for filling paste or oil product,
such as ketchup, jam, fruit and vegetable paste, cooking oil, honey, corn soup, peanut paste, sauce. It
also can be used for pulp, edible bird's nest, aloe, rice wine and so on.
Feature
1. Automatic cooking oil filling machine works stably, fills precisely, and suits for cold and hot filling. The
piston and piston barrel after the treatment of top technology cooperate accurately, durable and
wearable.
2. It is equipped with material stirring system, three point liquid level control, frequency conversion
adjustment, bottle in and out protection, automatic speed adjustment, filling with bottle and no filling
without bottles.
3. It adopts good stainless steel material, which meet the requirement of food sanitation.
4. Vacuum pump can make sure there is no dripping oil on bottle body or machine surface, keep the
bottle and machine clean.
5. Convenient to take out component parts to clean and sterilize, easy to change different bottles without
changing parts.
6. Be able to be equipped with other automatic packaging machine.
7. Whole machine designed and manufactured according to GMP Standard.
