This filling line specially for 3-5gallons barreled drink  water, with type QGF-100,QGF-240,QGF-300,QGF-450,QGF-600,QGF-900,QGF-1200,It integrates bottle washing, filling and capping into one unit ,In order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing ,The washing machine use multi-washing liquid spray and-thimerosal spray, This thimerosal can be used circularly, The capping machine can cap barrel automatically ,this line equips with water spraying device in order to ensure those caps sterilizer and clean .it also can automatically carry out barrel ,washing, sterilizing ,filling ,capping ,counting and products discharging ,with complete function ,modern design and high degree of automation ,it is a new kind of barreled water auto-production line ,which integrates mechanism ,electricity and pneumatics technologies together .

1. Technical parameter

1. For washing unit, multiple injection of washing liquid and bleaching liquid is used to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing, the washing process include three steps, first step is washing inside and outside with alkali dirty remover liquid, second steps is washing inside and outside washing with disinfecting water, third step is washing inside and outside with pure water, the alkali and disinfecting water can be used cyclically,
2. Work position which is arranged logically; include rinsing of cycle water, sterilizing water, pure water and the process of water drop. It can rinse bottle effectively. The reasonable drop work position and enough work time reduce mutual effect of each step and guarantee the effect of rinsing.
3. The filling process introduces PLC control; the ingenious filling level inspector ensures the accuracy of filling volume. The filling volume can be adjusted as unit of one second.
4. For capping unit, the barrel caps can be automatic capped, and equipped with water spraying device to sterilize caps of bottles in order to ensure caps are aseptic and healthy
