1) Basic features of the sachet filling packing machine:

2) Structure of the machinery:Basic Type: SJ-1000 Series Technical Specification
01. Frame and Liquid Contacting parts are S.S304. Equipped with water pump for the water filling purpose and motor and speed reducer control unit for the speed control of the film distribution system.
02. Film dispensing unit: is composed of film setting system, film guiding SS304 steel post, vertical thermal heating sealing rubber and the copper system, horizontal thermal sealing and cutting system. The film will be
forming according to the film setting process, to make the bags ready for filling water.
03. Filling unit: is composed of water pump, inlet control valve, Quantities will be depending on the piston type filler.
04. Auto sealing system: is composed of the film inlet guiding post, wheel, and the thermal heating modular, thermal heating tube, temperature controller, and pressure adjusting spring valve.
05. Film output system: is composed of SS304 sliding rail plate.
06.Electrical control system: is composed of control panel, wiring, and the AC contactor system.
07. UV sterilizer and date coder is equipped on the machine
08. Data counting unit is equipped on the front panel.
09. Photo sensor for the speed control and the logo position correcting system will be equipped on the SJ-1000 Series
Application:
1. It is applicable for packing the liquid like hairdressing water, hair conditioner, lotion, soy sauce, cough syrup, agricultural chemicals, wine and sauce.
2. Adopts Computer Controll System completly, it can finish the production's process automatically such as making bags, counting, filling, sealing, cutting, printing batch number, making the rip , and so on. It also adopts the adjustable quantificational plunger pump, and it special uses for something which easy to drawbench or dript as shampoo.

1A: Are you factory?How many workers do you have?
B: Yes,we are factory. our factory is located in zhangjiagang near from shanghai. We have about 50 workers in our factory.
2. A: What about after sale service?
B: 12months of electrical part and 18months of mechanical part after machine installed and running normally.
3. A: What about installation?
B: Our engineer can be sent to your country. but customer should pay the air tickets and 100usd as salary per person per day. besides, customer should arrange the accommodation for them during the trip.
4. A: What do we do if we encounter problem about the machine ?
B: Show us the picture or video of the problem. If the problem is from small machine, we will send you solution by video. If the problem is from large machine, our engineer will go to your factory (customer will pay the fee during the trip).
5. A: How can you control the quality and delivery?
B: All our machines will be tested before packaging. wooden packaing is strong and safety for long delivery .
