1. Bottle washer using flip-type bottle washing, high-pressure water flushing, the foreign body inside will be washed away, and then the high-pressure gas will evaporated the bottle of moisture. Drying using high temperature drying, temperature can rise up to 280 degrees, can effectively evaporate the water of the bottle, to achieve high temperature sterilization effect.
Filling machine using servo drive piston quantitative filling, no leakage, pollution-free ,maintenance is simple, easy to adjust, high filling accuracy, filling stability.
The capper adopts oil-free vacuum pump to vacuum the swivel cap, the vacuum degree is high, make the product shelf life to be lengthened, the equipment adjustment is simple,
Code using laser Code, environmental protection, production date never fade, simple maintenance
Labeling using servo motor and imported electric detector, accurate marking, labeling accuracy is high, smooth and none wrinkle

2. The whole line using food grade stainless steel production, piping using stainless steel wire hose, cleaning and disinfection convenient, in line with the national food machinery, food hygiene regulations and requirements.
The overall use of Plexiglas hood design, to prevent impurities into the filling materials, safety and hygiene.
