Rotary automatic bottle molding/making/blowing machine is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes. It is widely used to produce the carbonated bottle, mineral water, pesticide bottle oil bottle cosmetics, wide-mouth bottle and hot fill bottle etc.
 
Rotary blowing method: professionally designed robot sends preform and takes bottle out automatically and accurately.
Convenient operation system: Through touching screen operation, it can be changed frequently to adjust the parameter and have the widely operation.
Automatic controlling: adopting precise and swift PLC controlling, it has the features of high precision and swift reaction.
Blowing air system: specialized designing of three-work-place and multi-work-place combination valve makes blowing and pulling steady and precise and also keep the blowing effect in a pace all the time.
Mould and replacement: specialized designing of enough tons of lock-mould system and swift load-load-mould structure.It has reliable installation and swift replacement .
Heating device: The intelligence numerical control, feeds back the compensation system automatically,it can show enough the degree and quality of preform heating and keep the bottle mouth protection and cooling heating interchange horizontal line in accordance all the time. Namely ensure the product quality and reduce the production consumption thoroughly
