Principle:
A crane is a type of machine, generally equipped with a hoist, wire ropes or chains, and sheaves, that can
be used both to lift and lower materials and to move them horizontally. QUY250 crawler crane is an
independent-developed hydraulic drive, full swing and lattice boom crawler crane, absorbing foreign
advanced technology and combining present domestic situations. It features easy and maneuverable
control, smooth vehicle travelling.
Scope of application:
Crawler crane is mainly used for lifting heavy things and transporting them to other places. crawler cranes
make short work of toughest jobs. They are available in a broad range of lifting capacities for applications
in a wide variety of fields, including heavy-duty foundation work, this product is mainly designed for
engineering projects like subway, bridge, Petrochemical, power station, nuclear power construction

Safe and comfortable ergonomic design
1. Adjustable boom backstop device
When the boom is elevation upwards, the detector board approaches to detecting switch; when reaching
maximum elevating angle, the detector board impacts detecting switch and the switch is off, then warning
signal is sent out and the elevating motion stops so as to avoid dangerous accidents.
2. Hydraulic-controlled winch ratchet lock device
The automatic-controlled winch ratchet lock device ensures safe and reliable boom orientation, easy
and comfortable operation.
3. Comfortable Operator’s Cab
Adjustable damping chair can change seat angle; air-conditioner and roller blinds build comfortable
operation environment
4. It embodies the design idea of putting people first. The brand-new design for whole vehicle layout,
