Product Description of H Type Fin Tube
H type finned tube is used to recover waster heat from flue gas exhaust of power plant boilers, industrial boilers, industrial kilns and marine power plant, make full use of waste heat, save energy and reduce emission to protect environment, improve fuel utilization rate, and they are the strengthened heat exchange elements arranged at the tail of the fuel duct of the system.
 
 
Product Characteristics of H Type Fin Tube

In the structure design of double H-type finned tube, a separate structure is adopted for the easy ash-setting part of the tube, which overcomes the shortcomings of easy ash accumulation, ash plugging and gas resistance of the spiral finned tube, and is an improved product of the spiral finned tube. In addition, the finned tube ribs are cantilever beam structure, under the action of pulsed air flow, rib vibration is more conducive to ash removal treatment.
 
Double H-type finned tube, on the one hand, expanding the heating surface can increase the heat transfer coefficient, on the other hand, expanding the heating surface unit has the function of self-cleaning dust, can slow down the deposition, blockage and wear of smoke and dust on the heating surface, especially to slow down the wear and tear can ensure the reasonable service life of the heating surface, which is the basis of safe and economical operation of waster heat boilers.

Principle of H Type Fin Tube
• H fin tube is a kind of boiler parts, to have two steel circular symmetry to be welded on fluorescent tubes to form fins positive shap much like letter "H", so called H-fin tube. H-economizer widely used in utility boilers, industrial boilers, marine power, such as the tail of heat exchanger components.

• H-economizer flash resistance welding processes used, the welding seam after the high rate of fusion, weld tensile strength, and has good thermal conductivity. H-economizer can also manufacture dual tube "double H" type fin tubes, its rigid structure, and can be applied to a longer tube row occasion.

H-type finned tubes are derived largely from rectangle finned tubes.
