The effective utilization rate of the H-shaped fin expansion area is higher than that of the spiral finned tube, and the overall heat transfer efficiency It is about 10% higher than spiral finned tube bundle.
H-shaped finned tubes have a high area expansion rate, less dust accumulation, and high heat transfer efficiency. In the case of equivalent heat transfer capacity, the heat exchanger can occupy the smallest space, and can minimize high-grade materials (ie, pressure tubes) The amount of use, and more use of low-grade materials, (fins).
