Eco Friendly Spiky Balance Disc Cushion Massage Exercise Air Inflation

A balance disc is an inflated cushion 13 to 14 inches in diameter. They are typically made either of plastic or rubber. The disks often have one smooth side and one knobbly side, or one side may have dimples and the other side have small knobs. You can choose either side when standing or sitting on the disk. An air pump is included so you can add more air as desired.

Depends on how much instability you want. A convex wobble cushion is much more like sitting on a ball, which provides much more of the instability that is the point of the product. Others are concave, and therefore more stable … undermining the key feature of the product. On the other hand, you can probably sit for longer on a less wobbly wobble cushion. If you find a convex cushion too uncomfortable, a convex one might be an ideal compromise.
