Can we change the camera ID info by ourselves?
Normally, not support the end user to change the camera ID, we will share the special tool software for our distributor to modify the camera ID and other info.
What is the android version of the camera?
The 4G body camera is based on android 7.1 operating system
Can delete the recorded files from the camera directly?
No. the recorded files are protected; you can only exported it through the special software or docking station.
Can the camera connect to third-party platform?
Normally, the camera can support standard onvif or RTSP protocol, if the third party platform is based on private protocol; we have to modify the firmware to do the integration.
Does the SD card storage be removable?
No, the SD card storage is built-in and fixed, don’t allow removing it.
