How to playback and backup data files?
Connect the bodycam to PC and use BWC tool software to back up the data to local PC and playback it.
Can turn off the microphone during the video recording?
Yes, you can just double click the F button, it will turn the microphone, and you will see the microphone off icon on the top screen.
