1.Product Introducation:
Pro-coagulation tube is used in blood collection for biochemistry and immunology in medical
inspection. The blood sample will completely contact with coagulant and clot within 5—8mins.
High-quality serum thus is obtained by Iater centrifugation, free from the cracking of blood
corpuscle, hemolysis, separation of fibrin protein, etc. Hence the serum can meet the requirements
of fast clinic and emergency medicine.
· Time for complete colt retraction: 20-25mins
· Centrifugation speed: 3500-4000r / min
· Centrifugation time: 5mins
· Recommended storage temperature: 4-25℃
Usage
This tube is used in blood collection and storage for biochemistry, immunology, serology, tests
of various kinds of virus , microelement and blood preparation in medical inspection. It can
maintain the normal compositions of serum for a long time. Moreover, it's helpful to reinspect
serum with good repeatability.
