Decoiling - It is the process of unwinding the metal coil from a spool or reel and laying it flat on the machine. The LPG decoiler can handle heavy-duty coils and can unwind them without damaging the metal strip.
Straightening - After the metal coil is unwound, it may have a curved or bent shape, which can affect the quality of the final product. The straightening mechanism of the machine uses rollers and pressure to remove any bends or kinks from the metal strip, making it flat and even.
Feeding - The straightened metal strip is then fed into a stamping or forming machine, where it is shaped into the desired product.
