Description for Automatic Powder Pellet Capsule Filler
1) Machine supplied with HMI, PLC controller. Ready to connect with automatic management computer network.
2) Online monitoring of running state, failure diagnosis display.
3) Empty capsule feeding alarm, auto stop on powder feeding. Guarantee average dosage.
4) With Omron optical fibre sensor and micro printer, the production information such as current output, cumulative production and rate of finished products shown on the touch screen, which can be automatically printed.
5) Totally enclosed frame rotary table prevents contamination, and is easy to clean.
6) Filling structure especially designed for easy cleaning.
7) High quality components of driving system provide high precision.
8) Powder homogenizer (Chinese patent) inside powder chamber, ensures even distribution of filling powder, even with bad flowing powder.
9) Double-cam pellets feeding device (Chinese patent).
10) 80% of lost powder in filling section can be recovered by powder collector (Chinese patent), enabling it to be re-used.
