Product Description:
1. QX-P/B is an ideal piece of equipment to produce paper boxes such as hamburger boxes, chips boxes, fried chicken boxes, kids' meal boxes, fast food boxes, fast noodles boxes, etc.
2. With firm structure, high quality, low noise and high efficiency.
3. It has a paper feeding unit, adjusted unit, glue unit, forming unit, finished products collecting unit and also counting unit.
Main Feature:
1). For Electrical components we use international famous brands such as Japan Omron; French Schneider; Germany Siemens; Taiwan Delta etc import parts. And we use PLC programmable control and touch screen interface.
2). Device for feeding Water-based adhesive(glue). High efficiency and high precision in feeding glue and the sealing edge of the carton can be adjustable, its device design is reasonable, compact form and running steadily, easy and convenient to clean.
3). Finished carton outing device. Full automatic carton outing device (feeding, collection, stacking) and fixing with counting, convenient for packing and saving labor.
4). Photoelectric failure-detecting system is available, if there are no papers or paper feeding blocking, the machine will stop by itself. So it can reduce the cost consume, and increase safety performance.
Main Differences and Advantages:
1). With very experienced engineers and designers, we never stop, keep improving and perfecting machines. We can custom order and put a plasma device or hot melt glue device on the machine as the customer required.
We replace the traditional paper feeding system with a servo motor, which can precisely control the rotation of the motor, and the process accuracy, processing efficiency and work reliability have been greatly improved. it has less noise and is easier to adjust when changing molds in order to make boxes of different sizes and shapes.
