Main Features

 

1. Power saving

 

(1) The temperature control of the electric furnace adopts touchscreen control. One button can set 60 temperature controls, which saves time in temperature adjustment and control. The 60 temperature controls can also be individually adjusted for voltage, and the electric furnace is equipped with a temperature probe, which can be viewed more intuitively. temperature balance.

 

(2) The fast preheating function is newly added, and the latest energy-saving heating bricks are used. The electric furnace only needs to be quickly reheated for 1-2 minutes, and then wait for 3-5 minutes for the heating bricks to be at a constant temperature, and the goods can be made in about 5-6 minutes. 2. Material saving

 

(1) The machine adopts a variable frequency motor pull tab (servo customization), the pull tab speed is fast, it is easier to adjust, and the pull tab length is accurate, which reduces the loss of materials and electrical energy, and improves product quality;

 

(2) Double-row needle chain drive, high-speed operation is still stable, flexible length and width adjustment device, accurate installation, so that the machine can make the best use of the film, and the customized sheet only needs to be touched according to the size of the die plate. 3. Efficient

4. Hot hair dryer

 

If there are products with particularly high requirements, a hot air blowing system can be installed to make the overall thickness of the blister product more uniform, and the water pattern is greatly reduced; the cold mold function can reduce the over-blistering of the PVC blister caused by the excessively fast PVC blistering speed. question;

 

5. Data storage

 

This machine is controlled by a servo PLC touchscreen. When the product is normally produced for the first time, it is only necessary to store the parameters in the production process through PLC. Later, when the customer places repeated orders, the previously stored production parameters will be recalled and adjusted. Only 1-2 sheets are required, which not only reduces the waste of adjustment materials but also enables rapid production;
