Features of Stadium Bucket Seats :
1. The design, shape and installation method of the seat should meet the international general requirements. It should be beautiful in appearance, comfortable in seating, and easy to install, maintain and manage. The seat curve is naturally round and smooth, the surface is smooth and smooth, and the sitting feeling is comfortable. It conforms to the principle of seat ergonomics, and the overall installation effect is beautiful and generous.
2. The seat is made of high-density polyethylene as the raw material, and is made by the international advanced hollow blow molding process (imported equipment is preferred), and it requires good weather resistance and aging performance.
3. The seat adopts front-mounted installation, and the parting surface and expansion bolt installation are fully considered in the design, so as to avoid the exposure of the seat fixing bracket and fixing screws. Fastened on the steps with special fasteners, each fastener can withstand a tensile force of 1500kgf (C25 concrete). The length of the fixed bracket shall not be less than 210mm, the width shall not be less than 45mm, and the thickness shall not be less than 2.5mm.
4. Seat color: computerized color matching, bright colors, and brisk colors. In the process of seat production, the added color stabilizer ensures that the color of the seat is durable and bright, and the color consistency of the seat reaches 95% within five years. Appearance color discoloration rating test conducted by the national furniture inspection center, the inspection result is qualified.
5. Determine the raw material formula according to the user's needs to ensure that the weather resistance requirements of the seat in different environmental conditions are met. After the national furniture inspection center conducts the surface heat and cold cycle test, there must be no obvious color changes and no cracks on the surface.
6. The plastic chair surface must not contain soluble heavy metals. After the national furniture inspection center has tested the content of soluble heavy metals, heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, chromium and mercury shall not be detected.
7. The seat row number installation position is reserved at the upper end of each seat backrest, and the seat row number is riveted with aluminum alloy nameplate, which is firm and reliable. There are number plates on the brackets on both sides of the aisle to quickly guide the audience to check in.
