The Chocolate injection machine is a kind of continuous feeding automation equipment, it is through vibrating hello panda biscuits, automatic feeding, automatic injection chocolate/cream, automatic unloading and continuous process, greatly improve the production efficiency, the equipment adopts frequency conversion motor, the user can conveniently and flexibly adjust production speed, the use of electrical components and Mechanical transmission parts quality, making equipment, stable performance, low failure rate.

Hello biscuits are gently released from Biscuit hopper onto the telflon coated moulds, which are attached onto a chain-conveyor with intermitted movements. 
Plastic rolling brush rolls the biscuits into individual moulds. 
Meanwhile double jacket chocolate/cream hopper tank controlling the cream viscosity and 22 special needles are use to inject chocolate/cream into center of hello biscuits.
 Finish products are automatically discharge from the moulds.
This Machine with Heavy duty components with cam drives and frequency drive motor control, for production stability and high performance.
 
 
 
A whole line consist of:
· 1.Horizontal dough mixer
· 2.Automatic dough tipper and feeding system
· 3.Three-roll combination sheeter for feeding and sheeting dough
· 4.Laminator for overlapping dough to sheeting on gauge rolls, included cream spreading machine.
· 5.Gauge rolls
· 6.Rotary cutting machine for hard biscuit forming
· 7.Scrap collection and return system
· 8.Rotary moulder for soft biscuit forming
· 9.Salt/sugar spreading machine
· 10.Tunnel oven, electric, indirect gas fried or hybrid gas oven for option, length cis depend on capacity.
