Skywin Biscuit Baking Oven in Automatic Biscuit Line
There are three types of oven: electric/ diesel/gas oven.
The oven we have working size 400mm,600mm,800mm,1000mm,1200mm and 1500mm. The capacity is 200-1500kg/h.
A whole line consist of:
· 1.Horizontal dough mixer · 2.Automatic dough tipper and feeding system · 3.Three-roll combination sheeter for feeding and sheeting dough · 4.Laminator for overlapping dough to sheeting on gauge rolls, included cream spreading machine. · 5.Gauge rolls · 6.Rotary cutting machine for hard biscuit forming · 7.Scrap collection and return system · 8.Rotary moulder for soft biscuit forming · 9.Salt/sugar spreading machine · 10.Tunnel oven, electric, indirect gas fried or hybrid gas oven for option, length cis depend on capacity. · 11.Oil spraying machine · 12.Turning machine 180degree or 90degree design as per the plant length · 14.Cooling conveyor · 14.Biscuit stacking machine (start wheel stacker or penny stacker)
Electric oven
Electric oven is used electricity as energy. High efficiency, long usage age, easy maintenance. Every temperature zone has separately Hot-air circulation system. High efficiency, rapid heating, save energy,clean and simple operation. The final products taste nicely and bright-colored.
Gas oven:
Gas baking oven is used natural gas as energy. It’s more scientific and safe, high efficiency rapid heating, save energy, clean and simple operation.

1. This type of oven is more scientific and safe 2. High efficiency, Rapid heating, Save energy, Clean and Simple operation. 3. The final products taste nicely and bright-colored. 4. After setting, one operator enough for whole line from forming to out feed of oven 5. Oven length 30m, divided into 3 temperature zone, 9m, 12m and 9m three zones.
6. Full automatic temperature control Honeywell and automatic constant temperature,smoke and tide automatic exclude, safety precaution system and inspection door. 7. Automatic temperature control and independent movement of chamber to relieve stresses when expanding or contacting, make sure the temperature inside oven chamber stability. 8. Smoke and tide exclude main driver is air-turbo, make sure the smoke and water vapour outside oven chamber.
9.Activates the baking band. In case of break-down,the baking belt is automatic rotated and biscuit is taken out of the oven. 10. Safety precaution system included gas leak out auto-detection, gas high-pressure and low-pressure detection,combustion-supporting air low-pressure detection and minus-pressure detectioninside oven chamber, gas flameout auto-detection, unconventionality alarm and auto-close gas source to make sure gas inside oven fired well.
