This machine is available for all kinds of biscuits( Hard and Soft biscuit, Soda Cracker, Cookies, also Stick biscuit, Print biscuit and Chocolate filling biscuit), different shape biscuit just need to change the mould ,we also can design mould for you as per your details.
1. Skywin Model 400mm or 600mm or 1000mm or 1200mm or 1500mm, capacity from 100kg-1800kg/hr.
2. It is widely available for making all kinds of biscuits( Hard and Soft biscuit, Soda Cracker, Cookies, also Stick biscuit, Potato chips, hello panda biscuit, Print biscuit and Chocolate filling biscuit)
3. Different shape biscuit just need to change the mould, we also can design mould for you according to your requireme
Biscuit production line processing from dough mixing, hard and soft biscuit forming, biscuit baking, biscuit cooling, biscuit packing. From mixing to biscuit packing, whole biscuit production line consist of units as above.
Hard biscuit forming line have three-roll sheeter, laminator, B/C/D gauge roll combination, rotary cutter and separator. Dough sheeting thickness can be 1mm.
The forming mould can be change, Machine cover 304 Stainless steel, food grade PU conveyor belt with guides groove, SIEMENS transducer electric and PLC touch screen control.
This machine can make different shapes of soft biscuit ,just need to change the mould
There are three types of tunnel oven electric, gas and diesel oil. It depends on the natural resources of different countries. Some contries is abundant in gas.
Full 304 Stainless steel cover, Siemens PLC touch screen control, insolate wood cotton, hot air circulation system, have automatic alarm device.
Pneumatic automatic tracking and adjust belt and tension.
The size of the oven determines the biscuit capacity.
