Hard biscuit forming line have three-roll sheeter, laminator, B/C/D gauge roll combination, rotary cutter and separator. Dough sheeting thickness can be 1mm.

The forming mould can be change, Machine cover 304 Stainless steel, food grade PU conveyor belt with guides groove, SIEMENS transducer electric and PLC touch screen control.

This machine can make different shapes of soft biscuit ,just need to change the mould

There are three types of tunnel oven electric, gas and diesel oil. It depends on the natural resources of different countries. Some contries is abundant in gas.

Full 304 Stainless steel cover, Siemens PLC touch screen control, insolate wood cotton, hot air circulation system, have automatic alarm device.
