Skywin is a manufacturer of Biscuit/Cookie/Wafer Production Lines,and we could offer you different kinds of tunnel ovens,such as Gas oven,Eletrical oven Diesel oil oven for different length as your requiry.
1. There are three types of tunnel oven (electric, gas and diesel oil).
2. Main body made by 304# stainless steel. It has 2 to 4 temperature areas which are high efficiency and energy saving to ensure the biscuit's technology.
3. The length of the oven determine the biscuit capacity. (Capacity from 50-2000kg/hr)
4. The oven can bake different kind of biscuit including stick biscuit, cookies, hello panda biscuit, wafer biscuit, cracker biscuit, cookies and so on.
It depends on the natural resources of different countries. Some contries is abundant in gas.
Gas/Electric/Diesel Oil Tunnel Oven (Temperature will be 200℃ ~300℃, max 350℃)

1. Guaranteed 1 year, long time maintain, accessories change, not including easy broken part
2. If need, send engineer to installation,teach how to operation machine and training workers
3. Provide recipe free to customer, produce biscuit
4. Design layout and proposal as per customer factory size
Our regular packaging is multilayer packing, safe transport, shipping by sea:
Step 1: Mechanical surface coated with preservative solution (to protect stainless steel).
Step 2: The plastic cushion packing machine (prevent bump).
Step 3: Plastic film packaging (to prevent ventilation).
Step 4: Wooden case / frame packaging (easy to transport).
Step 5: Tie the bandage outside of the wooden case (reinforcement overall).

A. Hard and Soft biscuit, Soda Cracker, Cookies, also Stick biscuit, Print biscuit and Chocolate filling biscuit, different shape biscuit just need to change the mould, we also can design mould for you as per your details.

A. We accept 40% T/T deposit before production and 60% T/T balance before shipment,and Western Union or L/C.
