Features of biscuit oil spraying machine
1. Centrifugal oil dishes turned high speedly under the motor driving, 12 dishes put into 2 rows up and down sides of the mesh belt.
2. The machine adopts most advanced centrifugal device in the world. The centrifugal wheel revolves so fast that the oil on the wheel gains very great centrifugal force and atomized oil biscuit. The eight group of oil-spray device can regulate the volume and temperature of oil automatically and freely. This machine have the characteristics of low noise, energy saving, fine design, easy to be controlled and health.
3. Food class Stainless steel; Stainless steel wire mesh, different working width are avaiable.
4. C.I.P system on this machine.
5. Variable frequency control, the oil amount can be adjusted as required.
6. Warm heating , keeping by its jacketed layer with the water, the flavor material can be mixed into the oil.
