2. Brief Introduction:
2.1 The color code tracking system of trademark aligner of the machine is controlled by microcomputer, which is accurate and reliable.
2.2 The actions such as paper conveying, paper wrapping, hot sealing and twisting adopt coordinate linkage.
2.3 The package lollipops have beautiful and clean appearance and good sealing performance.
2.4 The electric control system is provided with photoelectric tracking. When the machine is started. If an emptycandy occurs, paper feeding will be stopped, so there is no waste of pepr. Package can be carried out freely even when the paper curls.
2.5 The stepping motor with excellent performance is adopted to automatically change the paper feeding speed according to the machine running speed.
2.6 It adopts imported frequency converter, PLC, rotary coder, photoelectric swithch and man-machine interface.
2.7 It is featured by user-friendly design, simple operation and convenient maintenance.
3. Technical Features:
3.1 The speed reducer adopts 3-phase synchronous motor,and there are seven movement points on the packaging plate.
3.2 With the automatic display and lubrication distribution system,the lubricating oil is distributed in the moveable tray.
3.3 All operations are realized by using PLC control.
3.4 The paper feeding rotary wheel can reset rapidly.
