The Wood pellet Mill machine is used to process Wood,logs,waste wood,tree bark, straw, wheat,straw,rice husk,cotton stalk,coconut juice slag,sunflower,olive pulp,paper,elephant grass,bamboo shavings,bagasse,palm shell, peanut shell,corn cob,soybean pole,weeds,branches,leaves,EFB,olive nut etc.into biomass pellet as burning fuel .

All the raw material's size should be in 3-5mm,if not,it should be prehanding by wood chipper ,hammer mill dryer etc ,and the moisture of the raw material is about 12-18%,the moisture is little different with material .

Introduction of Wood pellet Mill machine

1.the working principle : its main working principle is that the motor is driven by high-precision gears to drive the ring die to rotate at high speed. Two eccentric pressure roller assemblies (extrusion cylinders) are arranged inside, and the material enters the granulation chamber ,is physically extruded into a diameter of 6-8- 10-12mm pellets .(horizontal pellet mill machine)

2.The advantage :1. Main drive adopts high accurate gear drive, with an output of about 20% higher than belt drive.
2. The drive part of the machine including motor optimize, the high quality NSK bearings and NAK oil seals ensure high efficient and steady driving with low noise.
3. The imperative feeder device is adopted, which making the machine operate smoothly as the material like wood sawdust, corn, wheat, and rice straw is very light, so they are needed to be pushed into pelletizing chamber by force.
4. The ring die is made by international advanced technology, has long service life and ensure smoothly pelletizing and high quality.
5. The international advanced compensation type flexible coupling is of novel and compact structure, safety, low noise and less trouble.

2.The wearing parts of biomass pellet mill machine:When the material go into the chamber ,it is squeezed by ring die and roller shell ,so this two parts are easy to be worn .For different material such as soft wood and hard wood ,it would result in different degree wearing ,and the cleanliness of material like if iron stuff is inside or not ,the moisture etc. all will influence using time of ring die and roller shell .

Ring die

The material : Alloy steel(20CrMnTi) and Stainless steel (4Cr13)

Alloy structural steels, such as 20CrMnTi, 40Cr, 35CrMo, have hardness of heat treatment above HRC50 and good comprehensive mechanical properties. The ring die made of these materials has high strength and good wear resistance, but its shortcoming is poor corrosion resistance. Stainless steel materials are X46Cr13 (German brand), 4Cr13, 3Cr13, etc. These materials are rigid. The hardness of heat treatment is higher than HRC50, and it has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It has a long service life
