Product Discription
WNS Condensing Steam Boiler
The product model is WNS. It is a horizontal internal combustion triple fuel (gas) rapidly charged integrated boiler with wet rear structure. The waveform tank and ignition chamber are the first time, the second time is the flue gas pipe, and the third time consists of economist and condenser.
This product is used for burning light oil, natural gas, etc. The fuel is discharged from the burner, ignited by an electronic ignition rod, and burnt under a slightly positive pressure in the furnace. The high temperature smoke after combustion enters the screw -threaded smoke pipe through the reflux chamber in 180 degrees, and passes through the front smoke box through the smoke pipe.
Product Features
1. Reasonable design:
Horizontal internal combustion with three cycles full of wet iron structure, 100% fire water pre -construction, 100% wave furnace blower, has good expansion, sufficient heat interval and reasonable structure.
2. High efficiency and energy saving:
The structure of the blast furnace, threaded pipe and large combustion chamber is reasonable, energy consumption is low and heat transfer efficiency is high.
3. Specifications for production:
Cocaine components are manufactured in accordance with national and international standards (ISO). Advanced production techniques are closely monitored at each stage of production to ensure product quality.
4. Large steam chamber:
Since steam drying helps to eliminate unnecessary extra condensation, reduce fuel consumption, scale and prolong life, sufficient steam space has been boiled to cope with variations in load and peak value and to provide steam for high quality drying one.

6. Easy to maintain:
There is a portable smoke door on the front and back, and a control hole on the back to check and clean the oven. There are maintenance holes, mechanical holes and manual holes in the body, and the latter are fully taken into account in the design.
