YLW Series Horizontal Chain Grate Biomass Thermal Oil Boiler

YLW series horizontal chain grate biomass thermal oil boiler, also called organic heat carrier boiler, using wood, straw, rice husk, biomass pellet as fuel, and using thermal oil as medium, through hot oil circulation pump forced medium liquid phase circulation, after transport thermal energy to the use of thermal equipment, return back to furnace for reheating, with the performance characteristics of acquire high temperature under low pressure, its heating temperature can reach to liquid phase 320℃ or vapor phase 400℃. Any production line which need evenly and steadily heating, and not allow the flame heating directly, the temperature between 250℃ with 380℃ all can use thermal oil boiler supply heating. This series of boiler use mechanical chain grate burning technology, front boiler host is furnace radiation heating area, made of closely double square coiled tubes, back boiler host is convection heating area, made of S-shape tubes. The boiler made of upper boiler host and bottom chain grate, install and assemble on site. Air preheater is set end of boiler host. In furnace, fuel burning produced high temperature flue gas and was absorbed by some of heat, pass steering smokebox enter into convection heating area to transfer heat, flue gas out of boiler was absorbed waste heat by heat exchanger at boiler end, and then pass deduster enter into chimney by draft fan, finally discharge into atmosphere.

Set soot blower at convection heat transfer zone of boiler, can remove ash timely and efficiently, to avoid ash deposition in boiler making the boiler running is affected or thermal efficiency is dropped etc. To ensure stability of boiler loading.
