WNS Condensing Steam Boiler

This product model is WNS, is a horizontal internal combustion three-way fuel (gas) fast-mounted one-piece boiler, the body adopts a wet-back structure. The waveform tank and the ignition chamber are the first return, the second is the smoke pipe, and the third is composed of the economizer and condenser. The boiler is equipped with perfect automatic control device and safety protection device to realize automatic control of water level and alarm of minimum water level, stop furnace, automatic ignition of boiler, automatic adjustment of burner fire and protection of extinguishment to ensure safe operation of boiler.

The product is designed to fuel light oil, natural gas, etc. The fuel is ejected from the burner, ignited by an electronic ignition rod, burned under slight positive pressure in the hearth, and the high-temperature flue gas after burning is turned 180 °through the return chamber into the threaded smoke pipe, and into the front smoke box through the smoke pipe. And through the top chimney seat of the front smoke box into the economizer, the flue gas temperature and heat transfer in the economizer, then into the condenser for further cooling and heat transfer, the flue gas after full cooling passes through the outlet of the chimney seat at the rear of the condenser. Enter the chimney and drain into the atmosphere.

1. Reasonable design:

Horizontal internal combustion three-return full-wet back structure, 100% water-in-fire design, 100% corrugated furnace gallbladder, has good expansibility, sufficient heating area and reasonable structure layout.

2. High efficiency and energy saving:

Corrugated furnace gallbladder, threaded flue gas pipe, large space combustion chamber with reasonable structure layout, to achieve low energy consumption, high efficiency of heat transfer, boiler thermal efficiency can reach more than 96%, if equipped with condenser, the efficiency can reach more than 100%.
