Principle
In the presence of highly efficient retroenzymes, the cDNA strand was synthesized complementary to the RNA as the template and the primer as the starting point.Choose cat herpes virus, cat gobicivirus, chlamydia and mycoplasma conserved gene fragment design specific probes, the probe can primer template DNA amplification region, in the PCR extension process, the exonuclease activity of Taq enzyme from the probe, free in the reaction system, thus from the 3 ′ end quenching group, fluorescence, through the fluorescence PCR instrument, realize the cat in a fully closed reaction system Detection of herpesviruses, cat calici viruses, Chlamydia, and Mycoplasma nucleic acids.
