Membrane bioreactor is a new water treatment technology that combines high efficiency membrane separation technology with activated sludge method. The application of hollow fiber membrane replaces the secondary sedimentation tank in the activated sludge method for solid-liquid separation, effectively achieving the purpose of mud-water separation. It makes full use of the efficient retention effect of membrane, which is completely retained in the bioreactor, so that the digestion reaction can be carried out smoothly and ammonia nitrogen can be removed effectively to avoid the loss of sludge; and it can retain the large molecules of organic matter that are difficult to degrade and prolong their residence time in the reactor so that they can be decomposed to the maximum.After applying MBR technology, the removal rate of main pollutants can reach: COD>=93%, SS=100%.
