5. Die Cutting
Shape Cutting: The dried sheets are fed into a die-cutting machine, which cuts the paper into the square shape needed for the takeout boxes, including the flaps for folding.
6. Folding and Gluing
Folding: The cut pieces are automatically folded into the shape of boxes.
Gluing: Adhesive is applied to secure the flaps, creating a sturdy structure. Some designs may use locking mechanisms instead of glue.
7. Quality Control
Inspection: The finished boxes undergo quality control checks to ensure they meet safety and durability standards. This includes checking for leaks, proper sealing, and overall appearance.
8. Packaging
Bundling: The boxes are then bundled together and packaged for shipping. Eco-friendly packaging materials may be used to minimize environmental impact.
9. Distribution
Shipping: Finally, the packaged boxes are distributed to retailers, restaurants, or directly to consumers.
