MBBR Technology Mini STP Plant For Wastewater Treatment
Product Description
* The integrated MBBR food wastewater treatment plant can be buried under the earth. The surface can be used as green land. And there is no need for plant construction, neither heating and heat preservation.
* The level 2 biological contact oxidation process adopts the patent aerator, it doesn’t require complicated pipe fittings. Compared with the activated sludge tank, it has a smaller size and a better adaptability to water quality and stable outlet water quality. No sludge expansion.
* The sludge tank adopts the natural sedimentation method, one discharge for sludge is necessary for every three to eight months.
* Specially-assigned person is unnecessary for the device, proper maintenance is needed.
* With a strong adaptability to the variation of water quality.
* With lower power consumption and less maintenance. The aerobic process of this device can purify the stench of sludge.

Mbbr Technology
Biocell integrated wastewater treatment plant is based on MBBR technology using bio media.
The basic principal of MBBR process is the growth of biomass on plastic supports that move in the biological reactor via agitation generated by aeration systems (aerobic reactor) or by mechanical systems (in anoxic or anaerobic reactor). The supports are made from HDPE plastic with a density close to 1 g/cm3, letting them move easily in the reactor even when the capacity reaches 70%.

4. Final filter and Disinfection (optional).
Applications
MBBR media can be used in both aerobic process and anaerobic process.
MBBR is a cost-effective solution for existing activated sludge plants that need more advanced treatment. Because little or no additional tankage is required, it is an ideal solution for plants with limited space for expansion. It is also an excellent choice for space efficient, high performance new plant designs.
