Structure and Working Principle

Each filter unit is divided into two parts: concentration section and dehydration section. From the sewage inlet of the concentration section to the mud cake outlet of the dewatering section, the pitch of the screw shaft gradually decreases, and the gap between the fixed ring and the moving ring gradually changes. small. There is a back pressure plate at the sludge outlet to adjust the pressure in the spiral cavity. The spiral sludge dewatering machine completes the thickening and squeezing and dewatering of the sludge in one cylinder, replacing the traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtration method with a unique and subtle filter body mode.
