Process description:
Pretreatment (We do not make filling machines, We recommend some well-known Chinese enterprises for cooperation ) → Empty can unloading machine → Empty can rejection machine → Rotating cleaning machine → Filling and sealing machine combination → Shower washing machine → Auto cage loading machine → Rail cart → Autoclave sterilizer → Rail cart → Auto cage unloading machine → Drying machine → Pressure testing machine → Turning machine → Bottom printing machine → Turning machine → Auto packing machine/film wrapping machine → Carton coding machine → Film coating machine → Weight inspection machine → Automatic palletizing machine.
The whole production process is carried out with advanced automatic conveying equipment and the intelligent PLC control system guarantees the continuity of production.
