Description:
This automatic production line meets all the technical requirements of the process of three pieces can making.
The difference between two-piece cans and three-piece cans:
Two-piece cans are made of aluminum, the can body and the tank bottom synthesis, there is no gap, 2-Piece cans good pressure resistance for beer and carbonated drinks, tank bottom and can body is one, the lid is independent;
Three-piece cans made of tinplate, also known as tinplate, can body synthesis, a patchwork, bottom and can body synthesis, the tank bottom is independent, the lid is also independent, like Red Bull and Rice pudding is are 3-piece cans.

Process and Function Description:
Color plate cutting machine → welding machine → electromagnetic drying machine → standing-can conveying → pneumatic conveying (lining up) → rotary sealing machine → rotary checking machine → magnetic lift → inner spraying machine → drying machine → magnetic lift → empty can automatic palletizing machine → packing machine → film winding machine.
The whole set adopts advanced automatic conveying equipment and intelligent PLC control system to achieve continuous production.
