Bottle packer description:
This machine is designed according to the type of bottles used in the production, so the packing system is customized.
This work aimed to improve the efficiency of Automatic Packing Machine of shaped bottles. Combining the industrial need of the manipulator, a mechanical manipulator was designed for packing of shaped bottles. The relationship between driving force and clamping force of the mechanical manipulator was theoretically calculated through design analysis of the mechanical manipulator.
The design of the mechanical manipulator achieved packing of shaped bottles and improved the production efficiency of the automatic packing machine.
Functions:
bottle sorting, empty cardboard box input, robotic loading, full package output, etc.
Packing speed: 10-30 boxes per minute.
Equipment quality:
1. the main frame material is of carbon steel or stainless steel.
2. Control system is of PLC and touch screen, etc.
