This machine is specially designed for powder, grain and other products to be sterilized in a continuous tunnel.
UV sterilization technology has basically solved the practical application of the problem, with less investment, simple operation, good treatment, and other advantages, especially for the treatment of some stubborn microorganisms with outstanding results. Ultraviolet germicidal sterilization equipment sterilization efficiency is very high, up to 99% -99.9%, and sterilization time of several bacteria and viruses generally only within 1 second, more and more pharmaceutical and other industries are welcome.
UV disinfection equipment sterilization principle is the use of UV lamp irradiation intensity, that is, UV germicidal lamp issued by the irradiation intensity, and the distance is inversely proportional to the dose of disinfectant. When the irradiation intensity is constant, the longer the residence of the litter, the closer to the germicidal lamp, the better the bactericidal effect, and vice versa.
