Description:
This production line is designed to meet all the requirements of cattle slaughtering.
Technological advances in equipment used in modern slaughter and processing facilities have provided new opportunities for establishment operators to function at much higher production volumes.

Process Description:
1. Slaughter → head-off → hoof-off → peeling → eviscerate → cleaning → inspection → discharge of visceral acid → segmentation → tray packing → cart loading → warehouse storage.
2. counteroffer process → storage tray unloading → inverted disc products → automatic unpacking machine → product packing → automatic sealing machine → carton printing machine → weight detection machine → Automatic palletizing machine → empty tray cleaning → tray turning over → tray positioning.
The whole set of equipment adopts advanced automatic conveying equipment and intelligent PLC control system to achieve continuous production.
