Description:
This production line is designed to meet all the requirements of glass bottles for canned fruit and vegetables.
Used for production of premium quality taste and color fresh or pasteurized fruits and vegetables in glass bottles.
Because Produce to be canned or frozen is processed immediately after harvesting, so nutrient losses after picking are minimal.
The nutrient content of canned and frozen fruits and vegetables is comparable to fresh and, in some cases, it may be higher than fresh.

Process and Function Description:
Fruit and vegetable processing → automatic loading and unloading machine → clamping cleaning machine → cycling cup filling machine → soup adding machine → sealing machine → column clamping → immersion sterilizing and cooling machine → vertical conveying → bottle clamping out → dryers → bottle coding → automatic carton unpacking machine → loading machine → roll conveying machine → automatic sealing machine → carton printing machine → weight inspection machine → Automatic palletizing machine.
The whole set of equipment adopts advanced automatic conveying equipment and intelligent PLC control system to achieve continuous production.
