Description:
This machine is designed for bottles, cans, cups and other products to be spray pasteurized continuously in a tunnel. The majority of the machine is made of carbon steel or stainless steel., stable and reliable operation, nice appearance.
Continuous spray tunnel pasteurizer- this machine is Suitable for various kinds of food and beverage, such as fruit juice, yogurt, tea, dairy, etc. After hot filling and capping , into the sterilization tunnel, the temperature rise by heating, reaching the pasteurization temperature, in the sterilization tunnel water under high pressure pump, the spray head evenly sprayed on the products body, the bottles, cans or cups slowly forward in the chain plate, a tunnel to reach room temperature, to achieve cooling purposes.
By circulating hot water preheating, pasteurization, warm water pre-cooling, cold water-cooled four-part treatment. The machine adopts the brand-name high-temperature polypropylene chain plate, temperature control with digital temperature control device.
Function configuration:
preheating section → heating section → pasteurizing section → temperature lowering section → cooling section → water vapor circulation pipelines → water tank, etc.
Speed: 100-600 bottles per minute.
