1.Introduction to the automatic feeding station:

The automatic feeding station is a device that is specially used to provide label supply for labeling machines or label sleeve machines. It is mainly composed of the main frame, material roll bin, active and passive label receiving, label receiving translation, label buffer and label traction. The material roll bin is the initial material roll storage place. The material roll bin is equipped with a material shortage detection device. When the labels of the current material roll are used up, the next material roll will be automatically replaced; the passive label receiving is configured in the same sets as the material roll bin. It is the waiting position for the label docking interface before changing the label. After the labels in the material roll bin are used up, the remaining material roll axis in the material roll bin is manually taken out, replaced with a new material roll, and the label docking interface is placed at the passive label receiving docking position as required; the active label receiving component is fixed to the label receiving translation component through a linear guide rail. Under the drive of the label receiving translation component motor, it is translated to the passive label receiving position of different stations to complete the label cutting and storage of new labels. The label buffer is responsible for storing enough labels to ensure that the operation of the labeling/sleeving machine is not affected when the material roll is replaced; the label traction provides tension for the label at the label buffer, and the active label connection is also equipped with a traction structure. Through multiple traction structures, the label is more evenly stressed to prevent the label from being broken or deformed. The label traction is also equipped with a correction structure to ensure smoother operation and docking of the subsequent labeling/sleeving machine; for the ring-shaped labels of the labeling machine, a manual label cutting component is specially configured to complete the positioning cutting and punching of the label, and after cutting, the label opening processing and tape pasting work are completed on this component.

(5).The company guarantees the mechanical properties of the equipment provided, the quality of the product and the consumption indicators of the product.

7.Equipment warranty for Self Adhesive opp Hot Melt Labeling Machine Automatic Feeding Station ODM:
(1).After the equipment is accepted, a 12-month warranty is provided, and the control system (standard Huichuan brand) provides a 24-month warranty; during the warranty period, our company will provide users with free spare parts and timely and effective services (wearing parts are not covered by the warranty);
(2).If the equipment fails and needs to be repaired on site, our company guarantees that the maintenance personnel will rush to the customer's site within 48 hours to help the customer eliminate the fault in time (except for force majeure);
