2.Working principle of the equipment:
The fully automatic bottle unloading palletizer is designed for unloading empty glass bottle products.
The working principle is: first, a forklift is used to manually deliver the full stack of empty bottles to the temporary storage position for unloading, and the full stack conveyor line delivers the entire stack of products to the unloading station. The lifting platform will automatically descend above one layer of products, and the automatic top plate collection mechanism will first grab the top plate to the top plate storage position, and the paper clamping mechanism will automatically clamp the partition, and the bottle clamping group will hold the entire layer of products and transfer them to the transition platform. The lifting platform moves to the same height as the empty bottle conveyor line, and the bottle clamping group will deliver the products to the empty bottle conveyor line. The automatic partition suction mechanism will simultaneously suck the partition and place it in the partition storage position. Repeat this action until the entire stack of products is unloaded, and the conveyor line will deliver the empty pallet to the stacker for collection.

The low-bed depalletizer is composed of the main frame, lifting mechanism, transfer mechanism, mesh chain conveyor, chain line, etc. (If you need to collect the partitions and pallets automatically, you can use a single column and a stacking platform).

1) Main machine translation mechanism: It mainly moves the bottle clamp at the depalletizing position, transition plate position and mesh belt end position, and carries the unloaded products. It is the core part of the low-bed depalletizer, and other components rely on it.

2) Bottle clamp: Move the entire layer of empty bottles horizontally to the transition plate and connect it to the bottle unloading network chain and transfer them over.

3) Pallet platform and partition platform: a platform for collecting pallets and partitions. When the pallets reach a certain height, they will be taken away by a forklift.

4) Single column: collects the cardboard and bottom pallet between the products, the rotation and lifting motors are servo controlled to ensure the required position.

5) Partition clamp: The cylinder controls the upper and lower claws to clamp the partition to prevent the partition from running away when the bottle clamp moves.

6) Platform: for workers to operate and walk, and to remove the film wrapping of the stack and the upper pressure plate.

7) Human-machine box: Touch screen operation box, controls the operation of the entire depalletizer.

8) Chain line: conveying mechanism for whole stacks of cans.

9) Bottle unloading network chain: transport the products unloaded from the pallet to other machines and connect with other conveyors.

10) Main frame: The reduction motor controlled by the frequency converter is mainly used for lifting and lowering the mainframe translation mechanism.
