1) Production line equipment selection principles:
In order to make the equipment of each part of the production line reach the designed production capacity and the production efficiency of the whole line reach the best, it is particularly important to select equipment with appropriate production capacity. If the equipment capacity is too low, the production line cannot meet the planned production capacity requirements, the production efficiency of the whole line is low, and the output cannot meet the market needs. If the capacity is too high, the equipment cost will increase. High-capacity equipment has no chance to run at full load, and the standby time is long, resulting in energy waste and increasing the operating cost of the production line.
2) Production line design standards:
The design of the production line is planned around key equipment. Key equipment is the slowest, most important, and often the most expensive equipment on the whole line.
The calculation of production line performance is based on the performance of this equipment. If this equipment is running, the whole line is running. (1) Water source:
a. Water source quality report:
According to the source water quality report provided by the user, the source water has obvious microbial contamination problems. Please be sure to provide the source water source type and water collection point protection.
Based on the calcium, magnesium and sulfate content in the source water, the total salt content of the source water should not be too high. This type of water source should not have obvious scaling problems when used to boil water. (Since everyone has different acceptance of scaling, it is recommended that users take source water for boiling water experiments later to determine whether its scaling state meets the requirements).
According to the user's requirements, mineral water is produced, but the strontium, zinc and selenium contents detected in the source water report do not meet the mineral water limit index requirements. Are there other limit indexes that meet the mineral water index requirements? Please provide relevant data.
The source water report does not reflect the bromide content of the source water. It is recommended that users supplement relevant data later, otherwise it is impossible to determine whether there is a risk of excessive bromate after adding ozone.
The source water oxygen consumption index is obviously high, so it can be judged that the source water is seriously polluted by the outside world.
In summary: the overall salt content of the source water is relatively low, which is basically suitable for most packaging types of products, but the microbial contamination of the source water is relatively serious, so the focus of system design should be on the pretreatment part.

(5) System process description:
a. Special note: Regardless of the final water treatment process, in order to ensure the stable operation of the later system, the system is designed and constructed according to the concept of full antibacterial, such as: comprehensive protection of water source to prevent secondary pollution, water treatment equipment and pipelines using antibacterial treatment process, breathing filter The filter adopts an absolute filter element, the filter adopts an aseptic structure, the whole line system is equipped with a segmented CIP cleaning function, the pipeline system complies with the US NSF and FDA standards, the system has no threaded connection to prevent sanitary dead corners, the valves all adopt butterfly valves or diaphragm valve structures, and the pressure gauges, sensors and sampling valves all adopt sanitary connection methods;
b. General description of water treatment process: The plan recommends the use of hollow ultrafiltration filtration + ozone sterilization as the main treatment process, under the premise of fully ensuring the characteristics of the water source, to achieve the purpose of effectively intercepting particles, microorganisms and continuously sterilizing the secondary pollution that may be caused by the packaging. .
c. Water source protection and water intake suggestions: Since water source protection plays a key role in the continuous and stable operation of the water treatment system, the plan recommends that users must improve the protection of water sources. The protection of water source points must meet the following basic requirements: the spring eye must be fully sealed, have disinfection function, no surface water directly infiltrates, the air must be filtered during contact with the air, and the fountain needs to consider the overflow device to confirm the seal, etc. In the actual construction process, our company can provide more technical and standard support from a professional perspective (the improvement of this part has a good performance in the control of source water microorganisms);
d. Configuration description of each device in the system:
d.1.Bag filter: This filter can remove large particles of matter (silt, etc.) in the water source water to prevent such impurities from affecting the back-end system too quickly. In this plan, the bag filter can effectively filter the silt in the source water, which can effectively ensure the water quality of the back-end ultrafiltration system, and at the same time ensure that the back-end source water tank or source water pool has a longer CIP cleaning cycle.
d.2. Medium-pressure ultraviolet light: Although the user's current source water is in good microbial condition, the system has configured a medium-pressure ultraviolet light sterilization process at the front end of the water source for safety reasons, thereby ensuring that the source water entering the water treatment system is completely sterile.

d.3.The main reasons for recommending the use of ultrafiltration technology in the plan are as follows:
d.3.1.Since the ultrafiltration system has excellent backwashing performance, the requirements for the inlet water quality of the source water are extremely low. The Suez ZW1500 series membrane recommended in the plan only needs to be equipped with a 0.05mm filter at the front end to meet its inlet water quality requirements. Since the ultrafiltration system can automatically backwash for 30 seconds every 45 minutes during the production process, the dirt accumulated on the surface of the filter membrane can be removed. At the same time, it can be used for a long time without affecting its filtration performance at all;
d. 3.2.The filtration accuracy of ultrafiltration is much higher than that of current fine filtration. The absolute accuracy of fine filtration can only reach 0.22 microns, while the absolute accuracy of the ultrafiltration membrane recommended in the scheme is 0.02 microns. Without affecting the dissolved salt in the water (including pH value, metasilicic acid, strontium and other beneficial elements), it can remove 99.99% of particles, bacteria, algae spores, viruses and organic matter. Since there is a certain degree of microbial contamination in the user's source water, the use of this process can perfectly guarantee the microbial status of the water production end of the ultrafiltration system. d.d.3. Compared with fine filtration, the service life of the ultra-membrane can reach more than 15 years. Except for CIP cleaning, the rest of the system operations are automatically completed by the system, which can provide protection for the system's operating risks and microbial control.
d.3.4.From the perspective of the entire process, the key process of the overall system adopts membrane filtration, and the subsequent increase in production capacity can achieve very simple seamless connection, while also improving the overall sense of technology of the system;
d.3.5.It is precisely because of the characteristics of backwashing and shutdown maintenance cleaning (adding a small amount of sodium hypochlorite solution) during the operation of the hollow ultrafiltration system that the system can ensure the perfect microbial state of the ultrafiltration system water regardless of which back-end sterilization process is used.

 

 

e.Whole line design standards: NSF, FDA and POSEIDON standards of the US Danone Group (the core content is that the overall system can achieve 100% CIP cleaning without dead angles);
f.Water tank: All buffer water tanks adopt sanitary structures, and the breathing filter adopts a 0.22µm absolute filter cartridge bottle supplemented by a heating device (to ensure that the buffering process is not polluted by secondary pollution).
g.Equipment and pipeline system: There is no dead angle at all, 304 stainless steel is used before ozone mixing, and 316L stainless steel is used after ozone mixing. The whole system adopts EPDM seals, and all pipelines adopt single-sided welding and double-sided molding technology. All equipment and pipelines are passivated, and the service life of the welding joint can reach more than 50 years.

 

h.Ozone mixing system: This system uses a unique new ozone mixing system for ozone mixing and finished product water storage. The mixing efficiency is much higher than that of ordinary ozone mixing tower technology. The ozone concentration of finished filling water can be adjusted arbitrarily from 0.15 to 0.3 mg/L (users can adjust it arbitrarily according to product quality), and the ozone concentration accuracy can be controlled within the range of ±0.03 mg/L. The biggest features of this system are: uniform ozone mixing, precise control of ozone concentration, no bromate risk, mixing efficiency of more than 90% (this can greatly reduce the operating cost of the system), small equipment footprint and very easy to achieve CIP cleaning. According to the different conditions of the user's on-site layout, the plan recommends that the ozone mixing system be installed close to the filling machine. If the actual on-site situation does not allow, the straight-line distance between the mixing system and the filling machine shall not exceed 30 meters to obtain the least ozone loss and the best filling effect.

i.Water pump configuration: In order to effectively reduce the energy consumption of the overall system, all water pumps in this solution are equipped with frequency converters, which can not only achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction, but also provide good hardware guarantee for the reasonable matching and operation of the whole system, and have great benefits in reducing the impact of the overall equipment and pipeline system, and play an indispensable role in improving the service life of the overall system.
j.Control system: The overall water treatment adopts a central integrated control method, and the equipment can be completely unmanned during the production process. Except for the replacement of cloth bags, filter elements and other consumables, the system can automatically monitor the operation of the equipment in normal working state. The system has a paperless record storage device, and all operating parameters are automatically recorded and saved for three months (such as flow, conductivity, pH value and ozone concentration, etc.). The system is equipped with multiple automatic alarm functions, such as pressure (including air pressure alarm and water supply pressure alarm, etc.), high and low pressure alarm, breathing filter fouling alarm, pH value and conductivity exceeding the standard alarm, etc. If the user has different production flow requirements for multiple bottle types, the control system can realize the automatic identification function of the ozone mixing system and the finished product water supply flow (the user's filling machine needs to provide different production status switch signals).

2).Blowing, filling and capping equipment:

1) Equipment Overview: This machine is a fully automatic rotary bottle blowing machine specially developed and manufactured by our company based on the digestion and absorption of many foreign advanced technologies, in response to the trend of bottle blowing equipment towards high speed and high output. It is mainly used for blowing PET bottles such as pure water, carbonated beverages and various heat-resistant PET bottles. The machine has many advantages such as reasonable structure, small footprint, low power and gas consumption, good stability, and meets relevant national food hygiene standards. It is an ideal equipment for bottle blowing for various large and medium-sized enterprises.

2) Main features:

(1) The whole machine is operated by a high-definition TFT touch screen, and multiple interface languages ​​can be switched freely. The multi-level menu expresses various operating instructions in a friendly form of graphics combined with text. The production speed, shift output count, process parameter setting adjustment interface, etc. can all be displayed on the screen at different menu levels. The operation adjustment is very simple and the human-machine interface is friendly.

The ideal distribution of the bottle wall thickness can be obtained by precise adjustment of the primary and secondary blowing.
(5) The heater adopts 7-10-stage far-infrared temperature control. Each group of heating lamps in the preheating zone and the adjustment zone can be controlled and adjusted according to the process requirements. A real-time temperature monitoring system is set to ensure the stability and accuracy of the process and avoid excessive temperature on the outer wall of the preform. The heating system of our company's equipment saves 20%-30% energy compared with other similar systems, with significant energy saving effect.
(6) The air circuit part adds an exhaust recovery system, which can save about 40% of gas, thereby saving energy consumption and reducing costs.
(7) The corresponding heating temperature, blowing time and other process parameters can be set according to the user's different preforms and bottle shapes and saved as a formula. When changing the bottle shape, just call the pre-set formula parameters to smoothly produce.

(10) The servo stretching and sealing cylinder are linked, and there is no need for solenoid valve control or gas consumption in the sealing cylinder, which avoids the phenomenon of slow response of the solenoid valve, ensures the qualified rate of bottle blowing, and reduces noise.
(11) The clamping mechanism adopts the "T" type swing lock method, which has the advantages of small force, fast speed, long service life, and low noise compared with the traditional upper and lower latch clamping method.

a. Main features:
1) Transition dial wheel
a.The transition dial wheel adopts a steel dial wheel bottle hanging mouth, and the height of the equipment does not need to be adjusted to change the bottle shape.
b.The bottle discharge dial wheel adopts the bottle bottom support transmission method, and the bottle bottom support plate is a spiral descending curve. The height of the machine and the bottle discharge conveyor chain does not need to be adjusted to change the bottle shape.
c.The bottle inlet dial wheel is equipped with a bottle jamming protection device.
2) Filling machine
a.The rotating disk is made of stainless steel.
b.Large flat toothed bearings, stable and reliable operation.
c.The filling method is gravity filling.
d.A ring-shaped liquid cylinder is adopted, and the liquid cylinder level is controlled by a float.
e.Each filling valve is equipped with a return air channel independent of the liquid cylinder. During the filling process, the air displaced in the PET bottle does not enter the filling liquid cylinder.
f.By adding a return air channel, the filling amount in the bottle can be controlled, the filling liquid level can be corrected, and the high-precision filling liquid level control can be achieved.
g.High-speed, high-precision liquid level filling valve, flow rate reaches 200ML/s, liquid level accuracy ≤±3mm.
h.The lifting cylinder bottle lifting mechanism is adopted, and the bottle mouth bottle clamp is used to clamp the bottle mouth. No parts need to be replaced or adjusted when changing the bottle shape.
3) Capping machine
a.The capping effect is stable and reliable, and the defective rate of capping is low.
b.The capping guide is equipped with a mechanism to prevent the reverse cap from passing and taking out the reverse cap. At the same time, a set of photoelectric switches is installed. When there is no cap on the capping guide, the machine will automatically stop running, which can effectively avoid the appearance of uncapped bottles.
c.The capping machine is equipped with a bottle feeding detection switch, which is interlocked with the locking cylinder at the connection between the capping guide and the capping plate to control the discharge of the bottle cap, ensuring that the cap feeding stops when there is no bottle, reducing the loss of the cap.
4) Bottle delivery conveyor chain
a.The transmission motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which keeps synchronization with the blowing, filling and capping machine, which can effectively prevent the bottle from tipping over.
b.A photoelectric switch is installed on the bottle conveyor chain. When a bottle is blocked, the blow-fill-cap machine can be controlled to slow down and stop.
5) Frame
a.The frame is welded from high-quality carbon steel, and the surface is rust-proofed and sprayed, and the surface is covered with stainless steel plates.

b. The stainless steel table panel through-hole stretching structure is exclusively adopted, and the O-ring is used to reduce the leakage of all the bearing seats and support shafts on the table.
6) Control system
a.The whole machine adopts PLC control to automatically complete the whole process control of the blow-fill-cap machine from bottle feeding to bottle discharge.

6) Bottle cap lifter description:
a.Equipment overview:
1) This series of belt-type bottle cap lifters is a special supporting equipment for the production line developed by our company according to the process characteristics of the filling production line. It uses a motor to drive the belt to convey the bottle caps. This series of cappers has a wide range of uses, high output, stable operation, low energy consumption, environmental hygiene and no pollution. Its function is to rinse and dry the bottle caps delivered by the capping device or the cap lifting machine, and finally send the bottle caps to the capping machine. The PGXZ type cap sterilizer is generally dedicated to the water line.
