4.Technical description of main equipment of production line:

1).Empty can depalletizer:

a.Equipment features:

(1) Suitable for depalletizing empty aluminum bottles/cans/glass cans.

(2) The main frame requires a gantry frame type, a square tube welded base, and a carbon steel plate thickness of more than 6mm.

(3) The main drive and lifting chain are RS60 double-row high-strength chains.

(4) The main drive is a well-known brand with a brake motor reducer.

(5) The stacking conveyor line is RS80 single-row high-strength chain, the conveying speed can be variable frequency speed regulation, and the stacking position can store more than 2 stacks of products.

(6) The door panels on both sides of the main unloading position are automatically adjusted when entering the stack. The two door panels are carbon steel welded, and the surface is attached with 2.5T SUS304.

(7) The can conveyor is a high-strength small-pitch plastic steel module mesh belt, and the body plate is 2.5T SUS304.

(8) It is required to automatically suck and release the collection partition when unloading the can, and it is required to have an adjustment clipboard mechanism to unload the cans in the whole layer to prevent the cans from falling.

(9) Empty pallets are automatically collected, and the lifting drive is a brake motor reducer, and the lifting movement is smooth.

(10) The artificial platform is a carbon steel structure, and the surface is covered with anti-slip patterned aluminum plate.

(11) The unloading height is 2500mm, which can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

(12) The whole machine is controlled by PLC linkage, automatically in place, positioning, automatic lifting, automatic suction and release of partitions, automatic unloading of cans, and automatic collection of empty pallets. It is required to be simple to operate and able to quickly handle abnormal problems.

b.Equipment composition:

This machine consists of a full stack input device, a lifting device, a can shaping and pushing device, a cardboard suction device, an empty pallet collection device, an empty can conveyor belt, a manual platform device, a safety device and an automatic control device.

The lifting of this machine is automatically controlled by a PLC computer to rise in layers and automatically position. The can body is automatically and orderly discharged by an electric eye, the partition is automatically sucked and released, and the empty pallets are automatically stacked.

 

2).Cage loading and unloading system (loading and unloading basket machine, RGV) loading and unloading basket machine (fully automatic loading and unloading cage system):

(1) Introduction to the automatic basket loading and unloading system and equipment advantages

The automatic cage loading and unloading system is the guarantee for the continuous and efficient operation of the entire post-sterilization system. It is mainly composed of an automatic cage loading system, a trolley system and an automatic cage unloading system.

Equipment advantages:

Based on many years of experience in the design and manufacturing of automatic cage loading and unloading, Peiyu has configured a chain line cage turnover and buffer system for the entire system. Through logical programming, the cage loading machine continuously loads the baskets, and the chain line system buffers and stores the baskets in the buffer area, thereby truly realizing the continuous loading of the sterilizer by the RGV transfer vehicle.

The number of buffered baskets is calculated to be equal to the basket loading capacity of a single sterilizer, so that the sterilizer process and flow can be operated uninterruptedly to ensure the maximum production efficiency of the entire line.

a) Automatic cage loading system

Function of this system: First, the cage basket conveyor delivers the cage frame to the cage loading station under the cage loading host, the hydraulic lifting platform rises to raise the cage frame bottom plate to the height of the cage loading conveyor line, and the automatic suction and release partition mechanism will suck a partition and place it above the bottom plate. The bottle conveying line delivers the product to the cage loading conveyor line, and the bottle pressing device separates the product into layers. The bottle holding and transferring mechanism holds the separated layer of products and sends it to the cage frame partition. The hydraulic lifting platform drops one layer, and repeats this cycle until the whole frame of products is loaded. This system is automatically controlled by PLC to save manpower and greatly improve production efficiency.

b) Automatic suction and release of partition mechanism

The main frame of this mechanism is placed on the upper part of the cage loading and unloading host. The partition suction fixture reciprocates, and the vacuum generator generates negative pressure to automatically suck and release the partition. The positioning device composed of a hydraulic station and a cylinder and a micro switch is used to sense the correct position of the partition board entering the cage loading room host lifting platform, and automatically complete the accurate positioning of the next layer of partition board when it descends after each layer of solid bottles is caged.

c) Automatic cage unloading system

Function of this system: First, the automatic trolley delivers the full-frame product to the cage unloading station under the cage unloading host, the hydraulic lifting platform lifts a layer of product, the bottle holding and transferring mechanism holds a whole layer of product and delivers it to the cage unloading conveyor line, the automatic suction and placement of the partition mechanism sucks a partition and places it at the partition stacking and lifting mechanism, the hydraulic lifting platform drops one layer, and repeats this cycle until the whole frame of products is unloaded, and the cage unloading conveyor line delivers the product to the bottle conveying line for secondary packaging. This system is automatically controlled by PLC to save manpower and greatly improve production efficiency.

d) Partition stacking and lifting mechanism

This system is used to collect partitions and cooperate with the suction partition mechanism

(2) Technical parameters of basket loading and unloading machine:

Two production lines are equipped with two sets of basket unloading machines, and each production line is equipped with one set of basket unloading machine, one of which can also meet the requirements of producing slimming cans.

The running speed is ≥720 cans/minute, which meets the requirements of filling production.

The conveying performance is stable, the can does not fall, and the guardrail does not scratch the can paint, etc.

The conveyor has functions such as automatic speed change and speed regulation according to the operation of related equipment.

Side plates and brackets of loading and unloading basket equipment: 304 stainless steel, material thickness is 5.0mm (in line with national standards).

Wire trough and cover plate: 304 stainless steel, thickness 1.5mm (in line with national standards).

Lubricating liquid water tank: 304 stainless steel, thickness 1.5mm (in line with national standards).

All bearing seats are equipped with dust covers and have oil nozzles.

The electric cabinet uses a 304 stainless steel independent electric cabinet, which meets national standards.

The conveyor belt is modularized mesh belt, without gaps, reducing can inversion, can jamming, etc.

The product loading and unloading is neatly arranged to meet the requirements of sterilization basket loading and unloading. ;

Interlayer board (high temperature resistant magnesium aluminum alloy partition board) realizes the function of fully automatic suction, collection and transfer of partition boards.

The loading and unloading baskets are accurately positioned and the operation is stable and reliable.

The cage basket is accurately positioned, with 3-position cylinder positioning, the products are neatly arranged, and the interlayer board and products cannot be scraped with the cage basket.

The loading and unloading basket lifting platform adopts hydraulic lifting, precise lifting and positioning, and adopts scissor fork method or other methods. The factory structure floor cannot be damaged during installation.

Each production line sterilizer is equipped with 30 baskets, and there must be enough basket buffer positions for loading and unloading (excluding empty basket buffer positions in the loading and unloading area) to meet production needs.

Continuously run a CIP production cycle (22 hours * 6 days), and the single machine production efficiency is more than 92%.

(2) Features and advantages of Peiyu autoclave

a) Improve sterilization efficiency and eliminate autoclave dead point

Maintain the water in the hot water tank at a certain temperature and use normal pressure high temperature water to exhaust , thus shortening the sterilization time, improving work efficiency, eliminating sterilization dead spots, and ensuring that the sterilization F value is qualified.

b) Save energy and reduce production costs (heat recovery system requires additional payment)

Cooling water and high-temperature water can be recycled during the sterilization process, saving energy, time, and reducing production costs.

c) Double-layer protection and advantages of the door opening structure

In order to prevent serious consequences caused by the failure of the induction switch, our company uses double induction to ensure the safe operation of the door opening and closing.

d) Automatic control stability

Since the sterilizer is in a high temperature and high pressure state for half of the time during the working process, this will cause some automatic control components to fail. Our company uses imported pneumatic control valves and instruments, and adopts a unique control method, which greatly enhances the stability of the sterilizer, ensures smooth sterilization, and reduces product losses caused by the failure of automatic control components.

e) Convenience of automatic control system

The sterilization process is controlled by PLC. If it is switched to automatic control mode, no manual operation is required. All time periods are controlled by analog sensors and automatic valves. A paperless recorder is used to record the pressure, temperature, and time data during the sterilization process. The historical sterilization data can be stored for a long time and can be imported into the computer for storage and data analysis. This is more conducive to the analysis and judgment of the sterilization process, so as to better control the sterilization process and improve the sterilization quality. Once necessary, it can be retrieved at any time, which is conducive to product quality traceability. Both pressure and temperature can be displayed on the touch screen in digital mode. The touch screen is used for touch control. The sterilization formula can be edited at any time according to the sterilization requirements (more than 500 sterilization formulas can be stored in the computer and can be saved and retrieved at any time).

f) Advanced thermal distribution test equipment

Peiyu has an advanced thermal distribution visual meter that can be used for testing for customers to ensure the effectiveness of the customer's sterilization process.

4) RGV basket conveying system:

The cage frames are arranged into a group according to a certain number and automatically connected by the mechanism (the number of each group must match the number in the sterilizer), and the shuttle car will transport the grouped cage frames into (or out of) each powered sterilizer for the following work.

Features of RGV shuttle car:

Fully automatic (unmanned) operation of basket conveying between loading and unloading basket machines and sterilizers.

The rated vehicle mass of RGV is ≥1500kg, with a total of 2 units (one in and one out).

RGV is mainly composed of a frame, driving wheels, follower wheels, front and rear bumpers, chain conveyors, communication systems, electrical systems and various cover plates. 5).Flat wrapping machine (carton wrapping machine):

1. Equipment Principle

The sheet paperboard is stored in the paperboard warehouse. The paperboard is continuously lifted to the moving height. The vacuum suction cup and the paperboard transfer mechanism are used to move the paperboard one by one to the product combination station. The products are transported from the entrance to the grouping area. Different grouping devices are configured according to different production capacities. The grouped products are sent to the paperboard combination station through the bottle pusher. After the product is combined with the paperboard, it enters the spray molding area at an equal distance. After spraying, folding and gluing, the automatic wrapping process is completed.
