Depalletizers are divided into empty can/bottle/box depalletizers and full can/bottle/box depalletizers.

Scope of application:

3.Introduction to the customized fully automatic high-level depalletizer:
(1)The empty bottle pallet and unpacking platform are on the first floor, and the automatic bottle unloading is on the second floor. The pallets and partitions are separated and automatically recycled to the first floor.
(2)The pallet is a standard plastic pallet, 1200mm*1000mm, without a top partition. The empty bottle pallet does not exceed 8 layers, and the normal layer is 5 layers.
(3)The height between the first and second floors is ≤8 meters;
(4)With a pallet and partition collection device, the empty pallet warehouse can store ≥ 10 pallets; the empty bottle pallet conveying buffer is ≥2 pallets. (Please refer to the specific floor plan)
(5)The whole machine function is fully automatic, considering the convenience and safety of equipment operation. The specific operator is ≤2 people.
(6)It meets the requirements of three types of glass depalletizing (including three formulas).

4.Equipment features for Glass bottle high level depalletizer:
(1)Suitable for unloading empty aluminum bottles/cans/PET/glass cans.
(2)The main frame requires a gantry frame type, a square tube welded base, and a carbon steel plate thickness of more than 6mm.
(3)The main drive and lifting chain are RS60 double-row high-strength chains.
(4)The main drive is a well-known brand with a brake motor reducer.
(5)The stacking conveyor line is RS80 single-row high-strength chain, the conveying speed can be variable frequency speed regulation, and the stacking position can store more than 2 stacks of products.
(6)The door panels on both sides of the main unloading position are automatically adjusted when entering the stack. The two door panels are carbon steel welded, and the surface is attached with 2.5T SUS304.
(7)The can conveyor is a high-strength small-pitch plastic steel module mesh belt, and the body plate is 2.5T SUS304.
(8)It is required to automatically suck and release the collection partition when unloading the can, and it is necessary to have an adjustment clipboard mechanism to unload the cans in the whole layer to prevent the cans from falling.
(9)Empty pallets are automatically collected, and the lifting drive is a brake motor reducer, and the lifting movement is smooth.
(10)The artificial platform is a carbon steel structure, and the surface is covered with anti-slip patterned aluminum plate.
(11)The unloading height is 2500mm, which can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
(12)The whole machine is controlled by PLC linkage, automatically in place, positioning, automatic lifting, automatic suction and release of partitions, automatic unloading of cans, and automatic collection of empty pallets. It is required to be simple to operate and able to quickly handle abnormal problems.

If during the quality assurance period, it is found that the quality or specifications of the equipment do not meet the contract provisions, or it is proved that the equipment is defective (including potential defects or the use of unqualified materials, etc.), the buyer has the right to propose rectification to the seller within the product quality assurance period according to the inspection certificate issued by the statutory department;
(5).The company guarantees the mechanical properties of the equipment provided, the quality of the product and the consumption indicators of the product.

(1).After the equipment is accepted, a 12-month warranty is provided, and the control system (standard Huichuan brand) provides a 24-month warranty; during the warranty period, our company will provide users with free spare parts and timely and effective services (wearing parts are not covered by the warranty);
