2.Introduction to the Double door Sterilization Retort:
1) When the sterilizer door is fully opened, the door is directly above the flange of the kettle body. When the door is in this position, even if there is a problem with the cylinder, the door will not fall down. It has high safety. When the cage frame filled with the material to be sterilized enters the sterilizer, the door moving cylinder moves, so that the sterilizer door extends from directly above the flange of the kettle body.

2) When the retort door is fully extended, the door lifting cylinder on the retort door operates, driving the rotating arm to rotate, thereby lowering the retort door to a position concentric with the cylinder body.

3) After the sterilizer door is lowered into place, the door moving cylinder moves again to make the sterilizer door close to the sealing surface.

4)After the sterilizer door is completely close to the sealing surface, the door rotation cylinder moves to rotate the door to a specific angle so that the teeth on the door ring are buckled in the flange.

5) After the retort door rotates into place, the safety component closes and locks to prevent the retort door from accidentally opening during operation.
6) Steam is filled and sealed. The retort begins the sterilization process.
7) After sterilization is completed and the retort cools down, the door opening procedure is the opposite of the above action.

3.Electrical control description of double door autoclave system:

1): Sterilizer
The sterilizer adopts PLC host computer control and monitoring, and the host computer records the sterilization pressure and temperature data, historical data, fault information in real time, and the data can be saved for a long time.
Advantages: centralized data monitoring and reading, simple operation.
2): Loading and unloading cages
The cage loading and unloading adopts PLC control to realize fully automatic production, and only one person is required to operate the cage loading and unloading.
Advantages: Compared with traditional loading and unloading cages, it is simple to operate and easy to maintain.
3): Cage frame conveying
The cage frame conveying and loading and unloading cages, RGV turnover trolleys, and sterilizer whole line use Ethernet communication to realize signal docking. The sterilizer request to enter the frame and exit the frame can select (manual/automatic) signals for sterilization processes of different batches of products.
Advantages: The cage frame automatically arranges the cache. Real-time fault detection of sensors.
4): Monitoring system
The whole line uses high-definition video monitoring to monitor and save images of loading and unloading cages, cage frame transportation, sterilizer entrance and exit, sterilizer mercury thermometer, and RGV turnover cart in real time.
Advantages: In the past, when the sterilizer was sterilizing, personnel were required to go to the sterilizer site to record the mercury temperature. Peiyu exclusively uses high-definition small focal length camera lenses to transmit the mercury thermometer to the upper industrial computer through video, so that one person can record and monitor the loading and unloading cage sterilizer.
