1) Inlet conveying
Products enter the inlet conveying, and the products are accumulated and arranged into the required number of rows according to the product box specifications, and then enter the next group of devices.

2) Product grouping
The product grouping section is equipped with two independent servo motors. 4) Bottle push rod

6) Upper conveyor forming
This device contains a chain with a push rod to ensure that the front and rear upper sides of the carton are formed during folding and gluing. The front cylinder pushes the push rod to press the upper short side of the carton to fold, and the other side cylinder pushes the push plate to fold the upper long side of the carton. The glue machine sprays glue on the side and upper short side of the carton, and the glue wheel presses to glue the upper side to form. The hand wheel drives the chain to adjust the height of the box. The screw rod adjusts the left and right width of the box, and has an independent servo motor to make it run synchronously with the equipment.

7) Lower conveyor forming
This device contains a chain with a push rod to ensure that the front and back lower sides of the carton are formed during folding and gluing.

8) Intermediate conveyor
After this device wraps the product with cardboard, the cardboard is preformed and sent to the next set of devices.

9) Cardboard climbing conveyor section
The servo motor of this device drives a chain, which drives the suction cup on the crank rocker mechanism to swing back and forth to suck the cardboard onto the climbing conveyor, and drives the claw on another chain to make the cardboard climb the conveyor.

10) Cardboard Buffer
The cylinder of this device drives the cardboard on the belt and the cylinder drives the handle bar on the belt to feed the cardboard in one direction. When the cardboard is used up, the handle bar is manually lifted, the cylinder pressing the belt is retracted, and it is manually returned to add cardboard.
