Automatic Concentrated Fruit Juice Bottle Filling And Packing machine

Description

1. The juice filling machine is mainly used for filling fruit juice or tea drink.
2. It combines bottle washing and filling and capping as one automatic body, it is called three in one, it is suitable for PET bottle filling or other plastic bottles.
3. Our micro-negative pressure filling technology is adopted enabling it to fill more efficiently and more stably with more output than the machine of the same level from others.
4. Besides using photo-electronic detectors to detect the running of every important sub-process, it employs PLC from OMRON or Siemens for automatic control of the whole process and new type air-channel for bottle-loading featuring speediness and damage-free of bottle.
5. The handing-over of bottles between two linking structures is fulfilled by applying clamping-bottle-neck method.
6. For bottle of different shape only a few parts need to be changed and the substituting is simple, which shows the machine is of good adaptability.

1. This Juice Hot Filling Machine is automatic washing filling capping three in one machine. It's of many advantages, such as compact structure, perfect control system and easy to be operated. Advanced touch screen and PLC control system makes man-machine communication true.
2. Washing part is mainly composed of washing pump, bottle clamps, water distributor, up turn-plate, guide rail, protection cover, spraying device, defrosting tray, rinse water take and rinse water refluxing tank.
3. Filling part is mainly composed of filling barrel, filling valve (low temperature and isobar filling), filling pump, bottle hanging device / bottle pedestals, guide rail, elevating device, liquid indicator, pressure gauge, pressure regulator, etc.
4. Capping part is mainly composed of capping heads, cap loader (separated), cap unscrambler, cap drop rail, pressure regular, cylinder and also we need an air compressor as the auxiliary external equipment.
5. Main electrical components are all imported from world famous brands to guarantee excellent performance of the whole machine.
